I assume you're referring to your e-mail being published there, since it
had not been sent to TAG. If that's the case, please allow me to
apologize - even though I don't have any idea how it happened.

Mike, any idea? Last I saw of Carla's email, I'd forwarded it to you and
you cc'd me on the reply.
