Part of the issue (not all of it) revolves around the copyright notice
in the page footer.  I think there's a disagreement of interpretation
over whether that applies to the entire page including content, or only
to the site design.  SSC has used similar footers on other sites to
refer mainly to the site design (header/footer/sidebar and layout), and
I assume that's what they intend here.  Whether that is reasonable is
another question, considering Heather interpreted it as referring to
her article text, and many others make the same assumption too.  But
having a difference of opinion about interpretation is different from
lying or asserting false claims.
