So far so good, in theory. :) I do practice it fairly assidously myself,
but I'm sure that a few have slipped by from time to time; this is more
in the nature of "be aware of this" - we don't have anybody standing by
with large-caliber firearms to enforce it.
But then, the FAQ said...

Whoops! We're not doing that these days, unfortunately. Does anyone know
if this is a standard part of Mailman? I know that Dan's stuff to block
it out isn't, but is there a way to do this, at least? I'll need to
either enable that or snip it out of the FAQ.

IIRC, this was for Heather's scripts, and (I assume) is still useful.
