Sorry; was trying to emphasize; forgot 'R' actually maps. Clearly, no,
I meant 'r'.

Well, yeah, Ben, I actually *am* trying to make the point that "we
should have ben told to switch". What we were *doing* is an uncommon
behavior WRT lists, and therefore *any* of us were doing it that way
because we were specifically instructed to do so.
Expecting us to be telepathic and realize that it was no longer
necessary is in fact, IMNSHO, unreasonable. *I* didn't remember which
staffer it was who set that up, and whether or not they came along with
the house, and I'm probably not alone, and I feel as if you're holding
me responsible here for do what i was told to do.
As, of course, as I've noted to Rick just now, your assertion is only
partially correct; the querent will get direct responses, but none of
the followups.

Ok, my frustration level is rising again, and this time it is directly
your fault.
No, they *won't*.
If JoeBlow at aol.com mails the list, repliants using 'G' will reply to
them, and to the list.
Anyone using 'G' to reply to *those replies* *will not get their
messages to the querent*, since 'G' replies to all the *senders* of a
message... but does not reply to the *recipients*.
Am I completely misinformed on that? Or are you forgetting it?
Cheers,
