At this point, I think they've got one foot in the grave, one in their
mouth, and one on a banana peel (odd-looking critter, ain't it?), and
the "deadman" trigger for the dynamite strapped to their chests is held
in palsied hands - in the middle of an earthquake. Would *you* buy a
product from these people, no matter how good or how cheap, now that
they've exposed themselves as insanely litigious on the thinnest of
pretexts?

The lawsuit is SCO's death throes, the type of action that _guarantees_
their end. That slide into obscurity you saw on the chart - from a high
of almost 20 to under 5 over the last few months - shows what the
industry thinks about that tactic. Look at it for yourself, over the
last year and keeping the relevant dates in mind:
