I was thrown by the question.  One because I've never heard of anybody
running setiathome on DOS, two because I assumed that if such a program
existed, it would be written for Windows >= 95, not for DOS < 7.0 (I
think that's what Win95 reports itself as).  But he's talking about a
simple program for the bad old single-tasking DOS.
