I'll definitely go through those article. what window manager do you use ?

I don't have much knowledge in this matter but I at-least know that a 
window-manager and a desktop-environment are two separate component. now a 
million-dollar question. is it practically possible to run K-desktop 
environment on xfce or icewm window manager ? if possible then how ? I am too 
much interested to do such an experiment.
