  It's not vi.  Under MDK10.1, I get the same "stuck" paste buffer 
problem in Mozilla 1.7 and KWrite, both with and without Klipper 
running.  Restarting Mozilla will usually fix things, so I wrote it off 
as yet another of Mozilla's endless bugs or quirks.
