What I find even funnier, is that there are really people who want Arnie
to run for US president, even going sofar as to suggest an amendment to
the constitution, that would drop the requirement that 

"No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United
States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be
eligible to the Office of President;"
