Thomas, that's way too harsh. Rick was trying to discuss something
important here; I don't see that his question warranted that kind of
response.

Modified and uploaded, although I'm not sure how useful it'll be: I
don't know that people who send in tips a) think of themselves as
authors or b) read the FAQ. However, I figure that it'll be useful as
info for authors who want to submit tips, and will save me from having
to generate cross-traffic to Thomas and Heather.
