[TAG] How do I connect to #tag-chat?

Hello Gang,

I use Gaim for my IRC client, and I can connect to lots of IRC channels. 
   Do I have to do something special to connect to the blitz.org 
#tag-chat channel?  The server that I am using is mango.va.us.blitzed.org.

I'll keep looking, but, I might be stuck.  The version of Gaim is 1.1.2. 
  Yea, I know, there's more updated ones due to security things. 
Tcpdump here I go!
