[TAG] The first of many ?

Hi all,
This is one which has plagued me for ages and I've never quite been able
to solve.  I know it's quite an easy one.  I rent a server in the
states, it's already setup with CPanel, just because then myself and my
wife who doesn't do CLI, can use it.

My problem is this, sending email to the Hampshire Linux Users Group,
generates the following message

  hants at mailman.lug.org.uk
    SMTP error from remote mailer after initial connection:
    host mailman.lug.org.uk [195.92.253.3]: 554 SMTP service not
available (failed to find host name from IP address)

I think it's an RDNS issue, can someone please shed some light.
