Yes, I've been pretty ruthless about that.  My concern is about the
possibility of collateral damage, e.g., TAG contributors with the poor
luck of using an ISP whose MTAs don't accept mail to postmaster@ or
abuse@ (which are both required by the RFCs).  While in the long term, 
the _lesser_ aim is to enforce RFC compliance (and the greater aim is 
to use spammers' unwillingness to obey standards against them), in the
short term I don't want to accidentally lock out valuable contributors 
for no better reason than using clueless mail providers.

So, anyhow, if anyone hears of legitimate posters being shut out, please
do let me know, and I will whitelist them immediately.
