(For those playing along at home, a 'banjo' adaptor is a passthru
modular housing with an appropriate jack on each end (usually with a 3"
jumper cable plugged into one), and copper contacts on the edges onto
which you can conveniently clip the alligator clips from a butt set, or
the probes from a voltmeter.

Some models are close to round, hence the name.
