Relax - my mini-rant was a generalized one. I replied to your statement,
but it's about more than that; it's about an important consideration for
the Linux community in general. We should always be striving to support
each other, not tear each other down.

Often, operating in the world of Open Source requires re-thinking the
"standard" ways of interacting with the other people involved. This
differs from what we're generally used to, but is usually easy to adapt
to: substituting cooperation for competition, especially when the
benefits are obvious and immediate, presents little difficulty for most
people.

It does, however, require thinking about it ahead of time - which is
what I'm trying to get people to do with my rant. Thanks for the
opportunity. :)

Well, we don't generally write articles - but we do accept well-written
ones on Linux-related topics. If you'd like to write one about BrazilFW,
I'd be happy to look at it.

Don't worry - there was nothing particularly awful in your email, and I
wasn't upset.

Thank you, Andr?! We do our best. Glad to hear that you're finding it
useful.
