You could always look at his author page, and email him.  IIRC he might
be claiming to be from Australia.

That sounds like an awfully odd thing to say.   I must admit that your
question is singularly unique.  ;)  I don't think Jenkins is a member of
TAG.  If you'll permit us to do so, we'll add this to the Gazette
Matters section of LG.
