I'm running debian sarge, and I found no such beast. However, after
poking around a bit in aptitude, I did find "swf-player" which I assume
is what you're talking about. Maybe the name is different in testing or
somthing.

But anyway, for sarge, the package is "swf-player", and it works like a
charm. (Slowly, but it works. So I guess it works like a slow charm.)
