One day, Khruschev decided that he wanted to find out where all the
political jokes were coming from. He set the KGB on the job, and soon a
little Jewish man from Odessa was standing in front of him. So Khruschev
says to him, "Listen, comrade - I just can't understand you. Why do you
keep coming up with these insulting jokes when life in Russia is so
wonderful? We have food and employment for everyone, justice prevails,
the dawn of Communism is at hand, the people are happy..."
The man looks up at him, sighs, and says, "Oy. A competitor."
