I think your only direct access under Linux to those files will be to
use the real Microsoft drvspace.bin driver under the "dosemu" emulator.

Over the longer term, you are strongly advised to extract those files
from compressed storage, if you care about them. Not only is DriveSpace
(and DoubleSpace) pretty unreliable -- and antique -- but also it's just
way too darned much trouble to deal with this stuff on an ongoing basis,
