I can understand this if you can't afford a paid CD.  But somebody has
to pay to print and ship the CD, so you're asking somebody else to dig
out of their pocket.  The cost of a paid CD from a discount
distributor is minimal: $5 to $9 for Ubuntu from cheapbytes.com, plus
around $5 for shipping.  That's for the US; I don't know what's
available for South Africa.  So if you do get a free CD and decide to
use Linux, you might consider sending a $20 donation to the
organization sending the CD.
