Actually, internally I would submit that it certianly _is_ a community.
Externally, Jay alleges that it is and should be a free-of-charge tech
support ticket mechanism. I.e., there is _no_ implied obligation on the
"customer's" part to participate, or learn anything, or give back in any
way other than beign an animated corpse that generates magazine
material.
To which my reaction was "Are you flippin' _nuts_?" But I didn't say
that, and instead accentuated the positive by saying "Precisely. Let's
fix that."

We publish some small percentage of what goes on here. The rest is
