To extract, as root:

' cd / ; tar xjpvf download-dir/penggy.tar.bz2 '

--The following files are commented and will need to be modified:
/etc/penggy:
 aol-secrets = This contains your password
 penggy.cfg = Search for "XXX" to find areas that were modified, espec the
modem init
 phonetab = Obtain a list of local phone numbers from your Windoze AOL client
beforehand, to be put here
