Sorry, I'd taken the discussion back to the staff list and out of the
general view. 

I don't know whether the details are important. Perhaps they are, so
that TAG readers see what was going on, rather than just getting one
side. I'm sorry that TAG got involved in this via the forward that came
here instead of Lgang. I wish the discussion had stayed where it
belonged, and I made my responses there accordingly.


The bare gist, best as I can make it neutral (given that I'm one of the
central players in this tragicomedy) is that there's been a large clash
of philosophy regarding deadlines and necessity of notice of changes,
whether it's hiatus or improvements or adhockery.

There have been hurt feelings and confusion and a raft of other negative
emotions involved (feelings of betrayal on more than one side, angry
words, accusations flying about, etc.)


What's left now is making sure that we're going forward to good things
for LG.
