Are you certain you want to run NAT (network address translation, i.e.
masking of the IP's behind the router) between two private networks?

For getting routing between the two subnets it would be far simpler to
simply add routes, just as described in the network administrator guide
at http://www.tldp.org/LDP/nag2/index.html

in particular: 
http://www.tldp.org/LDP/nag2/x-087-2-create.subnets.html

If you actually want NAT, try reading:
