Yes, noted. I'm frankly amazed that it's possible to run _any_ Linux in
3 MB of total RAM, since it was always a struggle to squeeze into 16 MB,
even in the old days.
If I still had one of those boxes (sub-16MB), I think I'd let it keep
running MS-DOS and Telix, and use it in server rooms for machines that
need remote serial console. They are surely likely to be on their last
legs, among other problems.
With 16 MB and a 200 MB HD, by contrast, I would _guess_ it should be
still possible to run small X configurations with a reasonable security
model, but have not attempted to hit that mark for a long time.
