[TAG] Final processing on #134 has started

Happy New Year, and welcome to 2007!

I'm beginning final processing on 134; if you have any last-minute bits
of proofing that you've been doing but haven't checked in, etc., *let me
know via email* rather than just silently popping them into SVN - that's
not going to do anything useful.
