Done. As of now, there are no Ghoulzette hotlinks anywhere in LG. There
are 144 lines containing "linuxgazette.com", many of which are actually
appropriate - e.g.,

and

''
Probably a hundred of those could stand to be corrected, but they'll
have to wait for someone who has the time to do the job (i.e., not
_this_ slow typist.)
