I would like provide you with an introduction to our new lead generation
program. Nearly any call center can participate and add additional
revenue to any current program! 

 

Over the Top Power Marketing has developed an excellent way to pay for a
significant portion (if not all) of your HR expense by simply
transferring willing callers to their IVR survey center, and your center
is paid $4 for every "yes" answer given during the survey.  This program
is designed as an "exit" survey to be added to any customer experience
call. In fact, it works best for non revenue calls such as; customer
care calls, inbound inquiries, and post sale follow up calls where
rapport with the customer has already been established.  This program
has the opportunity to create $12-$16 in revenue to you for every
survey!

 

This is very simple and requires minimal time at your center.  The only
thing your CSR does is spend approximately 30 seconds at the end of any
call thanking the customer for his business and offering the customer a
chance to win an apple Ipod in this week's drawing in exchange for
taking a very short general interest survey. When the customer agrees,
the agent simply transfers the customer to the IVR and drops off the
