Yes; for future reference, you can probably assume that the author of
an article will remember it - it's *really* unnecessary to paste the

Ok, I never got around to finishing that. As it turns out, other
people had basically the same idea as me, and there are a few open
source del.icio.us clones out there now:
Scuttle (http://sourceforge.net/projects/scuttle/) is one of the more
fully-featured clones, and is written (IIRC) in PHP
