Thanks. The one on the bottom right is me; not the one on the bottom left.
This is the worst snow I can remember because it just keeps coming
down again and again. The second-worst was when I was in junior high
we had a house on Vashon Island at the bottom of a gravel road. The
snow knocked down trees over the road, and my dad spend a whole day
with his chainsaw trying to cut a path but there were still more
trees. The power was out so we stayed in the bedroom with the wood
stove. The next day we hiked out to the main road to my dad's
friend's real estate office, and he gave us a ride back to Bellevue.
That snow was 12" and lasted three weeks. When we went back afterward
to look at the house, the water pump had burned itself out and we had
to replace it.
