I obviously didn't mean _all_ Californians.  Being one, I am officially
licensed to take shots at my home (and native) state, just as I am
conclusively allowed to make critical comments about Scandinavians,
left-handers, and people raised in the British government school system.

Not only did I not mean all bloggers have little to say of public
interest, but also explicitly _said_ so.
