As has invariably been the case in the past, Rick's current opinion on
the licensing issues is in exact accord with mine. His knowledge on the
topic is encyclopedic, and I've asked for his help on thorny questions
in this area repeatedly.

My official position on this is that, barring an alien takeover of his
brain, Rick is welcome and invited to speak authoritatively on LG
licensing issues.
